General Manager, LASCO Financial Services Limited

Mrs. Hall-Tracey who was General Manager for two companies simultaneously, LASCO Financial Services Limited and LASCO Remittance Services Limited, started and managed the two seamlessly, eventually amalgamating them into one strong and successful company upon the listing on the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange in 2010.

Under her stewardship, the company has grown in profitability and has received several awards from the Jamaica Stock Exchange including Best Practices Awards 2013 and runner up awards for 2014 for Best Performing Company, Junior Market. In the Business Suite Magazine, November 2014 issue, Mrs. Hall-Tracey was included among the top ten Caribbean CEOs, and in the previous year she was named the top CEO on the Jamaican Junior Market. In 2015 she was also recognized among Women leaders who head publicly listed companies.

Mrs. Hall-Tracey holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons.) from the University of the West Indies, Corporate Treasury and Cash Management certificate from the Association of Financial Professionals which grants the CTP (Corporate Treasury Professional) designation and several other professional courses in Marketing, Securities and Anti-Money Laundering procedures.

Mrs. Hall-Tracey sits on the Boards of LASCO Manufacturing Limited and LASCO Distributors Limited as a non-executive Director. She is past President of both JMRA and the Cambio Association.
