General Manager, JN Money Services Ltd

Leesa Kow is the General Manager of JN Money Services Limited and Managing Director for its four overseas subsidiaries. She manages the company’s global remittance operations, which spans the United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, the Cayman Islands, Dominica, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Ghana, Antigua, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, the Philippines, Turks & Caicos, Haiti and Jamaica.

Prior to her current appointment, she held the position of Group Marketing, Promotions & Sales Executive for the Jamaica National Group with responsibility for planning, coordinating and managing all the marketing, promotions and sales functions of the organizations within the JN Group. Her tenure with the JN Group began twelve (13) years ago as a Senior Manager spearheading the Jamaica National Building Society’s Remittance operations. She held the responsibility for three fast moving services all of which grew significantly during her tenure in that position. In her current role, Leesa continues to lead the organizations within the JN Money Services Group to yield record results.

Leesa’s professional experience includes business development, research, sales and marketing in an array of local, regional and international industries including Financial Services, Insurance, Remittance, Services (Creative and Technology) and Telecommunications. In 2012, she was elected as the president of the Jamaica Money Remitters Association (JMRA), which provides active membership for regulated remittance companies in Jamaica. As President of the JMRA she has represented members of the association at various fora on a range of issues.

Leesa graduated from the University of the West Indies with a first class honours Bachelors of Science (BSc) Degree in Management Studies and Accounting and subsequently gained her Masters of Science (MSc) Degree with distinction in international business.
